This is what I wish I knew 15 years ago when I was struggling with anxiety.When I was still a teenager, I went on a mission to understand myself, my mind and the anxiety I was experiencing.Now I can explain it so easily that anyone can understand what’s going on with anxiety.For the next 10 minutes I’m going to ask you to put all of your previously held ideas aside and listen to what I have to say.You might think you know some things and maybe you do but if you’re struggling with anxiety still then you obviously don’t know everything.I don’t struggle with anxiety anymore.I have also helped 100’s of others overcome their anxiety.So listen to what I say from a place of neutrality and I promise I’ll deliver for you.You’ve probably heard all of it before…<ul><li>Anxiety</li><li>Mental Health</li><li>Medication</li><li>Family Genetics</li><li>Nervous System Regulation</li><li>Mind-Body Connection</li><li>Somatic Therapy</li><li>Thoughts</li><li>Emotions</li><li>Trauma</li><li>Counselling</li><li>Coaching</li><li>Mindset</li></ul>If you struggle with anxiety then you’re a deep thinker who overanalyses everything.Put all of your buzz words down and check this out.<figure id="figure-7yfa8d0j57mha3dpo4"><iframe id="7yfa8d0j57mha3dpo4" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/D12qVleb7kE" class="w-full bg-gray-100 rounded-sm md:rounded-md lg:rounded-lg" style="aspect-ratio: 16/9" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowFullScreen="" data-url="https://youtu.be/D12qVleb7kE" data-corners="default" data-fullWidth="false"></iframe></figure><h2>Anxiety &amp; Fear</h2>The first thing you need to understand is that anxiety is fear-based and a natural survival response to have when you perceive danger.To put it more simply, anxiety is normal and it happens when you sense some kind of danger.Here’s what happens when you have thoughts that are fear-based.Your thoughts send electrochemical signals from your brain to your body through your nervous system.If you think thoughts that are negative, worried or fearful, you create signals that activate the stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline in the body.When these stress hormones are activated, you go into fight or flight mode.This is when you start to feel panic and anxiety.If you’ve been struggling with stress and anxiety for a while (months or years), this can really damage your system.<h2>Trauma</h2>Trauma is like carrying around a bag of rocks.If you hold onto it, you're going to get tired and it's going to get heavy.You can hold onto trauma mentally or physically.You can release trauma mentally and physically.It all starts with the story you tell yourself about your trauma.There's plenty of people who have overcome seriously traumatic events and they usually do it through a process of forgiveness and acceptance.This is worth mentioning before we get into the next point.<h2>Homeostasis</h2>Homeostasis is a natural process where your body has the ability to maintain balance and stability.&nbsp;It's your body's ability to regulate things like temperature, heart rate, and hormones so everything stays in a healthy range.If you’ve been living in a survival state of constant stress, anxiety and negative thoughts, you’re going to find it harder to maintain homeostasis.This is why you can get all these heightened physical symptoms.To regulate your nervous system basically means to come back to homeostasis... to come back to balance.&nbsp;Your nervous system is actually trying to bring you back to balance at all times even if you feel like it’s working against you, it’s not… you need to learn to work with it.<h2>Subconscious Beliefs</h2>The reason you’re not in homeostasis and you’re feeling like your nervous system is dysregulated is because you’re operating from outdated mental programming.This can be the "trauma" that you experienced earlier in your life.Beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “there’s something wrong with me” or “I’m worthless” will keep you in this state of mind where you’re constantly perceiving danger.Think about it, if you’re not good enough, what happens? Failure. What does that mean? Danger. You get left out or left behind. You’re alone in the world. That's scary.You can see how the loop of anxiety continues...You may not be CONSCIOUSLY thinking this, but subconsciously, these are the kinds of beliefs and stories people with anxiety are usually operating on beneath the surface.Remember, your brain sends signals to the body through your thoughts which create your feelings.Your subconscious beliefs are just deeply engrained thoughts.<h2>Top-Down Approach</h2>A lot of people talk about “regulating the nervous system” and “somatic release” and don’t get me wrong, those things are important parts of the process and they will give you a sense of temporary relief.However they won’t work long term if the mental narrative doesn’t change as well.&nbsp;You need to shift your thinking from thoughts that create a sense of danger to thoughts that create a sense of safety.When you get control of your thinking, you get control of your ability to control the way you’re experiencing your life because you can start to choose your perspective.For example, experiences that used to create the feeling of anxiety, can be turned into experiences that create a feeling of calm.&nbsp;Again, this is possible when &nbsp;you change the thought process which changes the signals sent to the body which changes the experience in the body and the feelings you feel.You can do this through a practice of self reflection and self awareness.<h2>How I Did It</h2>I did this when I learned to meditate.&nbsp;I used to go to the beach and sit down in silent meditation for 10-minutes daily.At first, I was scared of the world.&nbsp;I had my eyes closed and I would think, "what if someone attacks me" or "what if a snake comes out of the bushes and gets me".I would feel this intense fear that would make me want to open my eyes but I forced myself to stay with my eyes closed until the 10-minute timer went off.Overtime, I learned to trust the world.I learned to feel safe in the world.There's no secret sauce here.It was just practice.<h2>Practice</h2>This is the easiest way to change anxiety but I have to be honest with you, in the beginning, it might not feel easy.When you put this into practice, you’re rewiring your internal systems.You’re programming in new neural pathways.You’re training your nervous system to find balance.It’s like going to the gym to get a six pack.&nbsp;It doesn’t happen overnight.It happens through consistency and commitment.You have to back yourself and do the work.<h2>Mind Launch Method</h2>I’ve helped 300+ business professionals find freedom from anxiety over the last few years and I’ve personally done it myself.I use a 3-step system called the Mind Launch Method.Step 1. The Easiest Way To Change Anxiety

And it definitely doesn’t mean you need a diagnosis for the rest of your life.Yes, some people have more intense or chronic anxiety, but that doesn’t mean they’re genetically flawed.It just means their emotional experience is heightened.Anxiety exists on a spectrum. Some people experience a little, some a lot.But no matter where you sit on that spectrum, the principles for healing are the same.When you bring your mind and body back into balance, you return to what’s called homeostasis. That’s your natural baseline of peace, health, and stability.If your anxiety is high, it’s a sign that you’re out of balance. Your system is dysregulated. That imbalance can be mental, emotional, or physical. The goal isn’t to suppress anxiety, it’s to restore balance and get your body back to a state of regulation.<h2>Outdated Programming Creates Anxiety</h2>Here’s the truth. If your anxiety feels out of control, it’s because you’re running on outdated programming.It’s like having an old iPhone that starts glitching after a few years. You can keep using it, but it’s going to bug out. The human mind works the same way.If you’re still operating from the same emotional patterns you developed at 12 years old, and you’re now 30, 40, or 50, you’re going to run into problems. The version of you that learned to protect yourself as a child is still calling the shots.Maybe when you were little, you felt unsafe or unseen.You created protective mechanisms to survive. But now, those same patterns are playing out in your adult life, even though you’re safe. That’s why you might feel anxious for no real reason.Your system is reacting to old memories that don’t apply anymore. The work is about cleaning out that old programming. That means releasing emotional trauma, changing limiting beliefs, and resetting your nervous system so your body stops living in the past.<h2>Identifying the Real Cause</h2>Most people think anxiety is random, but it’s not. Anxiety is always linked to something. It’s the symptom, not the cause.The first step is to identify the root. What’s really creating the imbalance?Sometimes it’s habits. Drinking too much, smoking, people-pleasing, saying yes when you mean no. Other times it’s deeper emotional patterns. But either way, you can’t fix what you won’t look at.Most people never get to that first step because they’re too proud or too afraid to face themselves. They just keep pushing through life, pretending everything’s fine. But when you suppress problems, they grow. That’s when people end up with addictions, burnout, or even suicidal thoughts.It’s not because they’re weak. It’s because they’ve been living in fear and pride instead of courage and self-awareness.<h2>You’re the One Keeping Yourself Stuck</h2>The truth is, most people are too smart for their own good. They know something’s wrong, but they keep trying to think their way out of it.You can’t think your way out of anxiety. You have to feel your way through it.At some point, you have to take responsibility for your own peace. You are the only one keeping you stuck.When you decide to rise above your pride and ego, and you actually put steps in place to change, everything shifts.<h2>Regulate, Reprogram, Reset</h2>If you’re serious about overcoming anxiety, here’s the three-step process I teach all of my clients.It works because it addresses the real cause, not just the symptoms.Step 1: Regulate The first 30 days are about regulating the nervous system.You build new routines, habits, and practices that help your body feel safe again. Once the body feels safe, the mind naturally becomes calm.Step 2: Reprogram Once you’re regulated, you work on reprogramming the subconscious mind. You identify and change the old thought loops and beliefs that fuel your anxiety. You replace them with new, empowering beliefs that align with who you really are. This is the point where your self-image shifts and life starts to feel lighter.Step 3: Reset Finally, you reset your baseline.This is where you embody the calm, confident, grounded version of yourself that’s been underneath the anxiety all along. You stop managing symptoms and start living from peace.This process doesn’t take years. The Only Video You Need to Overcome Anxiety Naturally

Will I ever change?&nbsp;Is this the right thing for me to do?What’s the point?These are some of the questions, doubts and worries people who are on the healing journey tend to have in their life.They want to change their life and heal but when they try to take the steps necessary they are met with internal resistance, self doubt and overthinking.If you’ve had these same struggles in your own life then I’m writing this article to speak to you.It’s not your fault, but it is your responsibility.The key to breaking through your resistance is to stop fighting against or trying to control the experiences you’re having.This might seem like a simple solution so let’s go a bit deeper.We all have our likes and dislikes.It’s a function of the ego to have preferences.However, the tighter we hold onto our preferences, the more we will suffer.The ego says “I want this” and “I don’t want that”.The true self says “I see it all without judgement or attachment”The main problem people have is they never get past their ego.They never connect with the ultimate truth of reality.The true self or the “I” that is aware of everything.The reality of life is that it’s inclusive.It’s full of likes and dislikes.It’s full of positives and negatives.When we try to cling on too tightly to how we think it “should” be, we end up suffering how it “is”.When we learn to accept life for what it is and we get beyond our ego, that’s when we can release our resistance to the experiences we’re having in life.I learned how to do this back when I had my first spiritual awakening.<figure id="figure-euqc85nit3mh00awro"><iframe id="euqc85nit3mh00awro" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/xGvcqm12jLY" class="w-full bg-gray-100 rounded-sm md:rounded-md lg:rounded-lg" style="aspect-ratio: 16/9;" allowfullscreen="" data-url="https://youtu.be/xGvcqm12jLY" data-corners="default" data-fullwidth="false" data-mce-src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/xGvcqm12jLY" data-mce-style="aspect-ratio: 16/9;"></iframe></figure><h2>Awakening The Limitless Self</h2>When you have a spiritual awakening, you realise that you are not the ego.You are actually an unlimited spiritual being.The true nature of being limitless is the understanding you’re totally complete and whole right now in this present moment.<ul><li>You’re not broken.</li><li>You don’t need to be fixed.</li><li>There’s nothing wrong with you.</li></ul>The experience you’re having now is included in the full spectrum of life.The problem is you try to exclude experiences you don’t like and you only want to include experiences you do like.This way of being is fundamentally built on limitation.“I want this” and “I don’t want that”.“I am this” and “I am not that”That is the definition of limitation.It’s a false narrative that we’ve developed usually through our earlier life.<h2>The Universal Law Of Polarity</h2>The universal law of polarity states you can’t have one thing without the other.You can’t have night without day.You can’t have good without bad.You can’t have hot without cold.You can’t have positive experiences without negative experiences.The longer you try to compartmentalise your life, the longer you will suffer.When you open yourself up to the totality of life, you will find freedom.For most that’s scary and it’s scary because it’s unknown.When you’ve spent your whole life living in limitation, the unlimited can be overwhelming.However when you learn to trust the unknown and trust your capacity to hold all of life, that is when you will be able to live as your peaceful, loving and limitless self.Your true self.<h2>Dissolving The Limited Self</h2>If you want to break through your resistance to healing, you must dissolve your ego.This requires a dissolving of all your tightly held beliefs.It’s a dissolving of your limited self concept.It’s a dissolving of your survival paradigms.And it’s an unfolding into your transcendent state of being.This process is often uncomfortable and met with resistance.Imagine the caterpillar that needs to break out of the cocoon to become the butterfly.It’s kinda like that.It’s messy. It’s sticky. You grind and you hustle.It's a coping mechanism to help you feel safe.If you're in control, you're safe.But if you’re honest, you’re gripping reality by the throat, trying to control outcomes, experiences and people.The tighter you hold on, the more resistance life gives you in return… Just like if you try to choke someone, they’re going to push back.In the book Transurfing in 78 Days by Vadim Zeland, he calls this “excess potential.”It’s the energetic tension you create when you insist on your desires and impulses.When you try "too hard" to achieve your goals, the world responds not with flow, but with friction. It pushes back to restore balance.You've already experienced this when things aren't going your way and it feels like a snowball where the more you resist, the more shit happens.The more you fight the external world, the more you lose touch with the only thing you can actually control: your awareness.<h2>Letting Go &amp; Detachment</h2> Letting go of control doesn’t mean becoming passive.It means consciously changing your attitude toward what’s happening.You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.You can’t control the world, but you can control your awareness and attention within it.That’s what Transurfing (and the deeper teachings of every spiritual tradition) points to: knowing yourself and mastering yourself.Because the world isn’t trying to attack you. It’s responding to you.When you soften your grip, reality softens too.<h2>Your Superpower: Awareness</h2>Try this now.Become present in the here and now by asking yourself these questions.<ul><li>Where am I?</li><li>Who am I?</li><li>What am I doing? That’s it.</li></ul>Three questions that, if you actually stop and feel into them, can awaken you.Try it right now.Drop into your body.Straighten up your posture.Feel your breath move through you.<ul><li>Where are you?</li><li>Who are you?</li><li>What are you doing? Most people go through entire days, weeks or months (sometimes even years) without being truly here.</li></ul>But the moment you ask those questions, you become AWAKE in the dream.You move from autopilot to awareness.From reaction to response.From survival to creation.<h2>Reality Is a Dream (and You’re the Dreamer) </h2>Here’s the mind blowing part. What we call “reality” is actually a projection of consciousness.It's our consciousness objectified.Our mind crystallized. A dream built from mind and energy.Every wall, every body, every atom is simply vibration slowed down into form.&nbsp;When you zoom in far enough, there’s no solid matter, just waves of energy dancing in patterns.The formless creating form.Your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs are the frequencies that shape those patterns.So the more awake you become, the more influence you have over the dream.Most people are dream-walking, reacting to the reality that has been written by culture, school, and family conditioning.&nbsp;They believe the story is fixed.But those who wake up realize: You can rewrite your own story.You can play your own game.<h2>Why Most People Never Wake Up</h2>The truth is, most people live their whole life without ever realizing they were asleep.Society has indoctrinated us into certain ways of being.Schools teach you what to think, not how to think.You’re rewarded for conformity, not curiosity.You’re encouraged to memorize information, not awaken consciousness.It’s no wonder so many people live anxious, reactive, and disconnected lives, they’re dream-walking through someone else’s program.It’s a real life matrix out here.People plugged into a dream world thinking it's real when it's not.When you wake up, you see the glitch.You realize you can choose the reality you want to experience by changing your attitude and shifting your state of consciousness.You can’t control the external world.You can only control your internal awareness.The paradox is once you learn to control your inner awareness, you get to influence the external reality.Every moment becomes a choice.<h2>Awake, Aware, and Alive</h2>Awareness is not some mystical thing reserved for monks or mystics.It’s available right now, at this moment.It’s the awareness that is reading this page.The awareness that notices your posture.The awareness that sees your environment.The awareness that feels your breathe move through your body.The awareness that notices the thought process.And when you live from that awareness, your reality starts to renew itself.You attract more synchronicity.You become happier and more productive. You respond instead of react.Your nervous system relaxes.Your begin to heal.You stop chasing peace and start BEING peaceful.This is not woo-woo spiritual bullshit.It’s neurobiology.Conscious awareness shifts your brain from the sympathetic “fight or flight” mode into the parasympathetic “rest and recover” mode.From that state, your body and mind finally have the ability to heal.Healing and awakening go hand in hand.<h2>The Daily Mantra</h2>Here’s a simple mantra you can use everyday.“I am aware of myself. &nbsp;I am aware of where I am. &nbsp;I am aware of what I’m doing.”Read that slowly. Feel it. Synchronicities appear. You meet the right people at the right time.It’s not magic, it’s a higher state of consciousness.<h2>Your Pride Keeps You Stuck</h2>When I was meditating last night, my intuition spoke to me:It said, “Help people move from pride to presence.”That’s the real spiritual test, not how long you can meditate, but how deeply you can surrender your pride.Because pride disguises itself well. Everything feels heavy. Life mirrors that density back to you. You’ve probably felt this before. You walk into a room and instantly sense if someone’s energy is off. It’s like developing a natural energetic immune system. You stop absorbing the world’s drama and you start radiating calm.</figure><h2>The Map Isn’t Linear</h2>Here’s something most people get wrong about raising consciousness:It’s not a straight climb up a ladder. It’s more like a spiral.You’ll loop through the same emotions again, but from a higher level of awareness.One week you’re in love with life. Next, you’re wrestling with doubt.That doesn’t mean you’re “backsliding.” It means you’re integrating.Because consciousness isn’t about escaping your humanity, it’s about embracing all of it.Even shame and guilt serve a purpose. They remind you of your own capacity for compassion.Even fear can be a teacher, if you stay conscious enough to listen.The question isn’t “How do I get rid of this feeling?”It’s “Can I stay present while it moves through me?”That’s how darkness becomes light, not by resisting it, but by including it.<h2>The Dip Before The Shift</h2>Every breakthrough I’ve ever had in business, relationships, or spiritual growth, has been preceded by a dip.A period of confusion, contraction, or chaos.Earlier this year, I almost burned everything down.The business was shifting, systems were breaking, and I was questioning everything.But I stayed committed.&nbsp;I kept meditating, showing up, refining the vision.And looking back, I can see it clearly:That “dip” wasn’t a breakdown. If your thoughts perceive “danger,” your body floods with cortisol and adrenaline, even when you’re perfectly safe.That’s not "mental health". That’s your physiology.The problem isn’t just your thoughts, it’s your whole perception of what's happening. You’re nervous system has been conditioned to expect chaos instead of calm. They've tried the guided medtations on Youtube.They've watched the podcasts but they still feel stuck. I'm telling you to forget the guided meditations for now. They can help you relax, but they won’t teach you to master your nervous system.If you want real transformation, learn to sit in silence.Ten minutes. Every morning. No music. No guidance. No distractions. Just you, your breath and your thoughts.Here’s why it works: silence removes external distractions. You meet yourself directly.If you want to master yourself and your mind, you need to get to know it.When you learn to stop attaching yourself to your thoughts, you will understand your thoughts are temporary and you can let them go.You'll see thoughts come and go like clouds. Anxiety comes and goes too.When you really understand this, you'll start to develop a new feeling of safety within yourself. Pro Tip: Start tomorrow. Set a timer for ten minutes first thing in the morning.Sit. Breathe. Observe. Do it for 90 days straight.Let me know how you go!<h2>Step 2: Let Go of the Past (and the Version of You Who Clings to It)</h2> You can’t step into a new reality while still identifying with an old reality. The "anxiety" identity must go.Letting go isn’t about pretending nothing happened, it’s about releasing attachment to the old self who no longer serves you. Maybe that version of you drank to fit in. Maybe they people-pleased to feel safe. Maybe they overworked to prove their worth.That version served a purpose (survival) but it’s not who you are anymore.Healing means allowing that old identity to die so you can become the person your nervous system actually trusts.<h2>&nbsp;Step 3: Embody the New</h2>Once you release the old, you must practice being the new.You've got to think about who you'd really like to become.Ask yourself daily:“What do I want to create in my life?” "What would my highest self do next?" “How would they act and behave? Then act from that place. This is embodiment, you're rewiring your responses through repetition. You don’t “think” your way into peace, you train it into your system.The nervous system learns safety through consistency, not intensity.&nbsp;<h2>Why This Works (When Therapy and Medication Haven’t) </h2>Medication can numb symptoms. Therapy can help you understand them. But training your mind with meditation completely rewires them.Anxiety is your system saying, “I don’t feel safe.” or "This isn't aligned."
