1. Where were you before / why did you join? I was 21 going into my final year of university and I was experiencing some anxiety around my sister and every-day life. I was speaking with a psychologist who provided initial improvement but I did not have long term success of managing and accepting anxiety. So I decided to do some research and found Josh's page. I was initially skeptical at first and the price was certainly at the upper scale of what others were offering, but I thought, there is a reason that he is charging this price, and there is a reason that he has these reviews. 2. Biggest takeaways There are 3 takeaways that I feel everyone can benefit from. 1. There is no such thing as a bad or good thought, it is simply just a thought. As soon as you start to associate all thought as simply thought without attaching any meaning to those thoughts, then you body naturally gets use to these previously uncomfortable thoughts and is able to be in a flow, rather than a heightened state. 2. Following on from number 1, there is no such thing as a good experience or a bad experience. All the body is doing is signalling that something has happened but you are able to use your mind to remind yourself that it is just an experience, it is not bad, and it will pass as time goes along. 3. Stay consistent with lowering your nervous system and affirmations in the morning and throughout the day. This is certainly where I found the most success and it is something that is the most important out of all the work that I did with Josh. 3. Where are you now/ how do you feel? I have been completely transformed into a different person mentally. I no longer experience anxiety and even if I do it is really short and my body is able to process it in a natural steady flow. I feel confident in myself and my future direction something of which I had not even thought about prior to Josh's program, yet, it is something that I am grateful to have done. As it gives you a sense of direction and purpose once you have completed the course and worked with Josh.

Before working with Josh, I was already a successful business owner who had placed most of my focus on financial growth. Over time, other important areas of my life took the back seat. Like many driven people, I was focused on building, but that came at the cost of being aligned with my true values. While working with Josh, I gained clarity around what actually matters to me and what my ideal life looks like. Working with Josh kickstarted my journey to understand my inner workings that would result in challenging anxiety. I learnt how my 'body' has been programmed to respond to stimuli in protective ways from childhood experiences. Josh lead me through inner child work, and realising and acknowledging the narration of the mind that is rarely factual and does not need to be believed. Through this work, i have progressed to a point where i continually work to feel through fear and shame (key core wounds) and confront these emotions that i had effectively learnt to avoid. I recommend working with Josh to dig 'deep' and uncover those events that helped form core beliefs about yourself that you will find are not actually true. Safety and calm within myself in the face of many challenging and scary life situations is now reality. When you learn to face feelings and feel them through, and then build resilience, adaptability and confidence, anything is possible. Josh will guide you through this. Before I started working with Josh, I was constantly anxious and really struggled maintaining a positive mindset. Going to a psychologist for your mental health is like trying to get out of a maze blind folded. And there's no exit.. Working with Josh for your mental health is like getting into a helicopter and going wherever you want to go instead of going in circles blindly. When I approached Josh a little over a year ago I was at the lowest point in my life, I had constant anxiety, no direction in life, had zero self confidence, was constantly doing things I didn't want to do and was very un healthy. To say I have done a 180 since then is an understatement, I am happier than I've ever been in life, I have genuine confidence not fuelled by alcohol, I am more calm than ever and have zero un-nessesary anxiety. My health and lifestyle habits are a priority now not an option, I put myself first in all situations and have a clear and concise direction to where I'm going in my life and I'm excited for the future! I started with Josh approximately 5 months ago with in the Mind Launch community. I was stuck in a bit of a rut with on going anxiety and over thinking things with negative thoughts. Being a very busy business owner / family life with two young kids I needed to adapt a change and also wanted to sharpen my mind and to progress with my mental health. I came across Mind Launch online and was so happy I jumped on board, I achieved a huge amount of self reflection and various techniques to combat my negative thoughts and change them into positive thoughts. I started with Josh at the start of this year as I was dreading the year ahead, another year of the same, ending up at the same place as I was at the end of it. I was also stressing myself out trying to work out how to avoid that and what I really wanted. I signed up for 6 months coaching but by the end of the first 2 months all of those feelings were basically gone and I was aligned with a clear plan for the year ahead.
