Reprogram: Address outdated thought patterns and beliefs.Why: To consciously direct the mind and hack the Default Mode Network (DMN), the subconscious autopilot that perpetuates old patterns.How: Build "positive confidence" using the RAS (Reticular Activating System). Identify thoughts/emotions → Take behavioral actions to create new proof → The RAS seeks more proof of this new reality.3. Reset: Shift identity from "an anxious person" to an "unshakable" one.Why: To align with personal values and communicate honestly, which builds natural confidence.How: Reframe "vulnerability" as "honesty" to overcome the perceived weakness and foster transparency.<h3>Emotional Processing: Suppression vs. Acceptance</h3>Suppression: Avoidance (e.g., escapism, addiction) is a protective mechanism that makes one a "stick of dynamite" prone to explosive reactions.Expression: Talking about emotions is a step up, but only if it involves radical responsibility ("I did/felt this"), not blame ("They did this to me").Acceptance: The ultimate goal. A state of neutrality where one accepts "what is" without judgment. I’ve worked with 300+ business owners and professionals in the last 5 years and the source of a lot of their emotional issues, insecurities and fears come from things you wouldn’t expect at first glance.<ul><li>The embarrassment you experienced at school?</li><li>The arguments with your parents where you were left alone to cry afterwards?</li><li>The early relationships where you got rejected by friends or that girl/boy?</li></ul>All of these little things create emotional imprints which can snowball into ongoing issues if they aren’t addressed.It’s not your fault what happened to you, but it is your responsibility to move forward positively.I’m going to walk you through a no-bullshit framework to begin that process.<a data-mce-href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/14nHENpyUKUHtzQ-R1BsBJe7lGGi97U8YWGPBCVQgYnI/edit?usp=sharing" href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/14nHENpyUKUHtzQ-R1BsBJe7lGGi97U8YWGPBCVQgYnI/edit?usp=sharing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">*If you want the accompanying worksheet, get your copy here.</a><h2>The 6-Step Framework</h2>I believe it’s better to take pro-active steps to resolve the issues and create a plan so you can start enjoying your life again.This is the main difference between what we do at Mind Launch VS traditional therapies and psychologists.We don’t focus all our energy on the past, we also focus on the present moment and creating the future.<h3>Step 1) Identify the Pattern</h3>Question: What’s the recurring pattern you’re experiencing, you don’t want to be experiencing?Examples:<ul><li>I keep snapping at my partner or kids</li><li>I get anxiety in social settings and relationships</li><li>Feelings of guilt or regret from past relationships</li><li>I keep drinking or doing drugs when I don’t want to be</li></ul><h3>Step 2) Find the External Validation &amp; Attachment</h3>Question: What’s the thing you feel like you need that’s going to make you feel good inside?Tip: This is not necessarily true, it’s a subconscious belief or attachment you have.Process: When I have _______, I will finally feel __________<h3>Step 3) Dig Deeper</h3>Question: When did I feel a similar way, earlier in my life?Tip: This doesn’t need to be early childhood, it could be in your teenage years. The best thing to do is relax your body and mind, then allow yourself to “float” through your memory until something “pops up”.<h3>Step 3.5) Healing&nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Inner Child Healing Meditation - Watch the video above to try it out.</li></ul><h3>Step 4) Create A New Program</h3>Question: Who do you want to BE moving forward?Tip: If the past was anxious, frustrated, impatient or lacking self control, who are you going to be moving forward?<h3>Step 5) Create Internal Security</h3>Question: When you take a minute to breathe deeply and bring your attention to your heart and your body, how do you feel?Process: When I connect with my heart, I finally feel ___________Tip: Connecting with yourself in the present moment can make you feel very calm, relaxed and at peace. No curiosity. No responsibility.&nbsp;🟡 Low-Quality Questions These sound reflective but keep you stuck.<ul><li>“Why is this happening to me?”</li><li>“Whose fault is this?”</li><li>“Why doesn’t anything ever work out?”</li></ul>There’s a question mark... but you’re still in victim mode.&nbsp;🟢 High-Quality Questions These are the questions that actually create change.<ul><li>“What is this trying to teach me?”</li><li>“How can I be better here?”</li><li>“What would this look like if I took full responsibility?”</li></ul>If you want clarity this year, this is where you start.<h3>Step 1: Get Honest About What’s Not Working</h3>You can’t create meaningful goals without first getting honest.Ask yourself:<ul><li>What challenges keep showing up in my life?</li><li>What feels misaligned or unfinished?</li><li>Where am I avoiding responsibility or truth?</li></ul>This isn’t about self-criticism. It’s about self-honesty.<h3>Step 2: Get Clear on What You Actually Want </h3>Humans are always moving toward:<ul><li>Comfort</li><li>Security</li><li>Meaning</li></ul>The issue isn’t whether you have goals. It’s whether you’re conscious of them or not.Ask yourself:<ul><li>What do I genuinely want to experience more of this year?</li><li>What would make my day-to-day life feel better, not just look better?</li><li>What actually needs to change for that to happen?</li></ul>If your goals don’t connect to your lived experience, you won’t follow through.<h3>Step 3: Look at Your Real Values (Not the Ones You Say)</h3>Most people say they value honesty, respect, or trust but that doesn’t tell you much.Your real values are revealed by:<ul><li>What you think about most</li><li>What you spend your time and money on</li><li>What you prioritise without discipline</li></ul>Ask yourself:<ul><li>Where does my energy naturally go?</li><li>What feels non-negotiable in my life?</li><li>What do I spend the most time and money on?</li></ul>Finding your values is where you start to find alignment.<h2>From Anxiety to Alignment </h2>Here’s something most people miss:A lot of anxiety isn’t a mindset problem. The Reason You're Finishing 2025 With Anxiety

I wasn’t anxious because I was broken, I was anxious because I was operating from outdated mental programming. Back in 2024, I doubled my business from what it was in 2023.
