This Trauma Healing Framework Ends Self Sabotage

Hey legend, it's Josh here. 

The trauma healing framework I'm going to share with you in this blog is responsible for multiple personal breakthroughs I've had.

It helped me to have more patience, peace and presence in my relationship when I was feeling frustrated, impatient and controlling.

It helped me to breakthrough to new revenue levels in my business when I was feeling stuck.

And it's helped 100's (if not 1,000's) of my coaching clients and community on social media.

I don't want to waste too much time explaining this, it's best if we just jump straight into it so you can try it out for yourself.

Intro to Healing

If you’re stuck in a loop of negative thoughts and emotions, you feel like you’re self-sabotaging or you’ve become aware that you might have some trauma to work through, this is going to be a powerful little framework for you to learn.

I’m going to show you how trauma impacts you (even if you think you don’t have any) and how you can break through these negative life patterns you keep experiencing.

The first thing to understand is that trauma doesn’t need to be some massive traumatic event that happened.

I’ve worked with 300+ business owners and professionals in the last 5 years and the source of a lot of their emotional issues, insecurities and fears come from things you wouldn’t expect at first glance.

  • The embarrassment you experienced at school?
  • The arguments with your parents where you were left alone to cry afterwards?
  • The early relationships where you got rejected by friends or that girl/boy?

All of these little things create emotional imprints which can snowball into ongoing issues if they aren’t addressed.

It’s not your fault what happened to you, but it is your responsibility to move forward positively.

I’m going to walk you through a no-bullshit framework to begin that process.

The 6-Step Framework

I believe it’s better to take pro-active steps to resolve the issues and create a plan so you can start enjoying your life again.

This is the main difference between what we do at Mind Launch VS traditional therapies and psychologists.

We don’t focus all our energy on the past, we also focus on the present moment and creating the future.

Step 1) Identify the Pattern

Question: What’s the recurring pattern you’re experiencing, you don’t want to be experiencing?

Examples:

  • I keep snapping at my partner or kids
  • I get anxiety in social settings and relationships
  • Feelings of guilt or regret from past relationships
  • I keep drinking or doing drugs when I don’t want to be

Step 2) Find the External Validation & Attachment

Question: What’s the thing you feel like you need that’s going to make you feel good inside?

Tip: This is not necessarily true, it’s a subconscious belief or attachment you have.

Process: When I have _______, I will finally feel __________

Step 3) Dig Deeper

Question: When did I feel a similar way, earlier in my life?

Tip: This doesn’t need to be early childhood, it could be in your teenage years. The best thing to do is relax your body and mind, then allow yourself to “float” through your memory until something “pops up”.

Step 4) Create A New Program

Question: Who do you want to BE moving forward?

Tip: If the past was anxious, frustrated, impatient or lacking self control, who are you going to be moving forward?

Step 5) Create Internal Security

Question: When you take a minute to breathe deeply and bring your attention to your heart and your body, how do you feel?

Process: When I connect with my heart, I finally feel ___________

Tip: Connecting with yourself in the present moment can make you feel very calm, relaxed and at peace.

Question: How can you integrate this and embody this on a daily basis moving forward?
