Sound too good to be true?

Your thoughts are neurons firing in specific patterns in your brain.
Dominant thoughts create neural pathways through a process called neuroplasticity which makes certain (negative) thoughts habitual.
This means if you have a default or automatic way of thinking negatively, it becomes a pathway in your brain and your brain will always take the path of least resistance.
If you don't CHOOSE to change by making an INTENTION to do something different, you'll just stay stuck in the same pathways / programs of thoughts you've always had.
That's why you need to Shift Your Consciousness.
