Ladies and Gentlemen, we are in a consciousness crisis. We live in a world that deliberately programs us to live unconsciously. Whether you’re aware of it or not, you ARE being subconsciously programmed by external influences every. single. day.

The first thing you need to understand is if you don’t learn to master your mind and consciously shift your attention towards the outcomes you want to experience, you will always sabotage yourself and struggle with an ordinary life where you feel:

Pre-Game: Fixed VS Growth Mindset

Before we get into this, you need to know there are two types of people in the world.

Fixed Mindset - These people see themselves as limited, they avoid challenges, they fear failure and they resist change. They are fixed in their mindset and this prevents their growth.

Growth Mindset - These people see themselves as evolving, they embrace challenges, they learn from failure and seek improvement. They are growth driven and this allows them to evolve and transform.

Most people live their whole lives telling themselves limiting stories about themselves. 

These limiting beliefs keep you stuck in a self-defeating cycle.

If you want to consciously create your reality, you need to be courageous, take an honest look in the mirror and choose to change.

1. The Consciousness Crisis

Why You're Still Stuck in Anxiety, Guilt, Shame & Low Self Worth


One of the reasons you’re so anxious all the time is because you’re conscious of being anxious—all the time. Your mind is running the same fear-based loops, reinforcing itself every single day.

And you’re not alone. Since covid back in 2020, global anxiety levels have exploded, and they haven’t gone back down.

The world has been in a state of chronic fight-or-flight, and most people never reset. How could they? We were never taught how to regulate our nervous system, master our mind, or control our emotions.

The Observer Effect: How Consciousness Shapes Reality

Quantum science has recently proven that your observation literally affects reality, through a phenomenon known as "The Observer Effect"

This means that the more you focus on something—whether it's fear, anxiety, or even confidence or love—the more real it becomes in your life.

Scientists discovered during the “Double Slit Experiment” that when they observed particles, the particles changed their behavior.

They literally shifted from a wave (infinite potential) to a particle (fixed reality) just by being watched (observed).

1️⃣ You Focus on Fearful Thoughts, Beliefs & Possibilities (All The “What If’s”) → Your brain scans for threats and starts predicting worst-case scenarios.

2️⃣ Your Body & Nervous System Reacts to the Fear → Fearful thoughts create stress hormones flooding your system, making the fear feel real (even if nothing has happened).

3️⃣ You Confirm the Fear as “True” → The physical response convinces you that something is actually wrong.

🔁 Repeat until it feels like anxiety is your permanent reality.

But here’s the truth: Anxiety is learned. And anything learned can be unlearned.

Let’s dive into our proven and tested 3-step process that rewires your mind and nervous system for calm, confidence, and self-control.

3. The Consciousness Shifting Method: How to Rewire Your Mind for Happiness & Confidence


Step 1: Regulate Your Nervous System (The Right Way)
Most people try meditation apps, guided meditations, or breathwork and say it doesn’t work. The truth? They’re doing it wrong.

🛑 The Problem:

- Using generic meditation apps like Calm or Headspace without a deeper understanding of the practice and the complexities within your mind.
- Expecting immediate results instead of training the nervous system consistently (our experience shows 3-6 months is a good starting point).
- Thinking meditation is about "stopping your thoughts" when it's actually about learning to accept, detach and redirect your thoughts so you can regulate your nervous system.

- Reinforce the new belief daily until it sticks (again 3-6 months is a good starting point).

This is how you shift from conscious will to subconscious reprogramming.

You must understand how important this is to break free from the constant bombardment of subconscious programming forced upon you by the external world.

 Step 3: Master Your Emotions (So They Stop Controlling You)

🛑 The Problem:

- Most people either suppress their emotions (leading to explosions later) or let their emotions control them (reacting impulsively).
- They use coping mechanisms like drugs, alcohol, food or even excessive work to distract themselves.
- They don’t realize emotions are tools for growth.

✅ The Solution: Emotional Mastery Framework

1. Pause & Label the Emotion → "What am I actually feeling?"
2. Accept & Allow → “I’m allowed to feel this” (Feel it until the emotional intensity runs out)
3. Identify the Root Cause → "When did I feel this way earlier in life?"
4. Understand it’s an Old Emotion → "This is from my past, not my present"
5. Choose a New Response → "What is the new response I’d like to experience?”

Your emotions are not your weakness or your enemy. They’re your evolutionary guide.

4. Transcending Levels of Consciousness

The Truth about Transcending Your Current Level of Consciousness

In Dr. David Hawkins’ book “Power VS Force”, the author introduces a framework called the “Map of Consciousness”. This framework shows that emotions exist on a scale—from low-frequency states like shame, guilt, and fear to high-frequency states like joy, peace & love.

🛑 The Problem:

- Most people try to avoid or suppress negative emotions rather than learning how to use them intelligently.
- You can’t bypass lower emotions; you have to integrate them before you can move up into higher levels of consciousness and more enjoyable emotional states.

✅ The Solution:

- Instead of resisting emotions like fear or grief, learn to sit with them, process them, and release them (using our Emotional Mastery Framework in the previous section).
- As you move up the scale, you gain more power over your state of being.

📌 Key Takeaway: You don’t “fight” anxiety, guilt or shame—you transcend them by integrating lower emotions and rising into higher states of consciousness.
