How to Actually Overcome Anxiety by the End of 2025

In this blog you're going to learn how to overcome anxiety by the end of 2025 using nervous system regulation and silent meditation practices that have been proven and tested to work with over 250 of my personal coaching clients.

Anxiety Isn’t the Problem, Being Disconnected From Yourself Is The Problem.

Most people think anxiety is caused by what’s happening around them like work, relationships, money, external pressures...

But anxiety is NOT an external problem.

It's an internal problem, so it needs an internal solution.

People say it's a "mental health" issues but that's not true either...

Your brain and body are intimately connected through the nervous system.

Every thought you have sends a chemical signal to your body.

If your thoughts perceive “danger,” your body floods with cortisol and adrenaline, even when you’re perfectly safe.

That’s not "mental health". That’s your physiology.

The problem isn’t just your thoughts, it’s your whole perception of what's happening.

You’re nervous system has been conditioned to expect chaos instead of calm.

And the only way to change that is from the inside out.

Here's how to actually overcome your anxiety by the end of 2025.

Step 1: Create a Morning Practice With Silent Meditation

A lot of people I work with say they've tried the apps like Headspace or Calm.

They've tried the guided medtations on Youtube.

They've watched the podcasts but they still feel stuck.

I'm telling you to forget the guided meditations for now.

They can help you relax, but they won’t teach you to master your nervous system.

If you want real transformation, learn to sit in silence.

Ten minutes. Every morning. No music. No guidance. No distractions.

Just you, your breath and your thoughts.

Here’s why it works: silence removes external distractions.

You meet yourself directly.

If you want to master yourself and your mind, you need to get to know it.

When you learn to stop attaching yourself to your thoughts, you will understand your thoughts are temporary and you can let them go.

You'll see thoughts come and go like clouds.

Anxiety comes and goes too.

When you really understand this, you'll start to develop a new feeling of safety within yourself.

Pro Tip: Start tomorrow. Set a timer for ten minutes first thing in the morning.

Sit. Breathe. Observe. Do it for 90 days straight.

Step 2: Let Go of the Past (and the Version of You Who Clings to It)


You can’t step into a new reality while still identifying with an old reality.

The "anxiety" identity must go.

Letting go isn’t about pretending nothing happened, it’s about releasing attachment to the old self who no longer serves you.

Maybe that version of you drank to fit in.
Maybe they people-pleased to feel safe.
Maybe they overworked to prove their worth.

That version served a purpose (survival) but it’s not who you are anymore.

Healing means allowing that old identity to die so you can become the person your nervous system actually trusts.

 Step 3: Embody the New

Once you release the old, you must practice being the new.

You've got to think about who you'd really like to become.

Ask yourself daily:

“What do I want to create in my life?”
"What would my highest self do next?"
“How would they act and behave?

Then act from that place.

This is embodiment, you're rewiring your responses through repetition.

You don’t “think” your way into peace, you train it into your system.

The nervous system learns safety through consistency, not intensity. 

Why This Works (When Therapy and Medication Haven’t)

Medication can numb symptoms.

Therapy can help you understand them.

But training your mind with meditation completely rewires them.

Anxiety is your system saying, “I don’t feel safe.” or "This isn't aligned."

Silent meditation teaches your body, “I'm safe now.” and gives you clarity on the direction to go in life.

When safety becomes your baseline, anxiety dissolves on its own.

This isn’t magic, it’s neuroplasticity.

Your brain literally changes in response to how you think, breathe, and focus.
